En el marco del D\u00eda Internacional de la Mujer, la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de los Derechos Humanos de Chihuahua (CEDH) refuerza su compromiso con las mujeres, brindando orientaci\u00f3n, asesor\u00eda y protecci\u00f3n a quienes solicitan alguno de sus servicios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este sentido, en lo que va del presente a\u00f1o el Organismo derecho humanista ha otorgado 398 asesor\u00edas, realizado 126 gestiones ante diversas autoridades y radicado 83 quejas interpuestas por mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mientras que el 2024, CEDH brind\u00f3 un total de 4 mil 194 servicios a mujeres, de los cuales 2 mil 572 fueron asesor\u00edas, 997 gestiones ante diversas autoridades y se recibieron 625 quejas de este grupo social.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De dichas quejas, 109 fueron motivadas por alg\u00fan tipo de violencia y el resto relacionadas principalmente con vulneraciones en los derechos a la legalidad y seguridad jur\u00eddica, derechos de grupos vulnerables, derecho a la integridad y seguridad personal, derecho a la educaci\u00f3n y derecho al trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De las Recomendaciones emitidas el 2024, se logr\u00f3 reconocer la vulneraci\u00f3n de derechos humanos a 28 mujeres y 9 ni\u00f1as. La CEDH tambi\u00e9n emiti\u00f3 33 medidas cautelares para la protecci\u00f3n de igual n\u00famero de mujeres y ni\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el tema de capacitaci\u00f3n, se atendi\u00f3 a 46 mil 438 mujeres a quienes se les impartieron cursos sobre: Perspectiva de g\u00e9nero; Acoso laboral; Salud mental en el \u00e1rea de trabajo; Discriminaci\u00f3n y grupos en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad; Diversidad sexual; Gesti\u00f3n, manejo y transformaci\u00f3n de conflictos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, se ha trabajado de forma continua con sectores del servicio p\u00fablico estatal y federal, incluso con elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional y Guardia Nacional, a quienes se les imparten cursos sobre: Uso de lenguaje incluyente y no discriminatorio; Prevenci\u00f3n de la tortura; Igualdad y no discriminaci\u00f3n; Perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y violencia de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De igual forma se brind\u00f3 capacitaci\u00f3n para prevenir la violencia obst\u00e9trica a personal del Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS), en temas como: Omisi\u00f3n de cuidados, prevenci\u00f3n del maltrato infantil y trato digno en el servicio p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con la finalidad de fortalecer la transversalizaci\u00f3n de la Perspectiva de g\u00e9nero al interior de la instituci\u00f3n, se reinstal\u00f3 el Comit\u00e9 de la Unidad de Igualdad de G\u00e9nero, el cual est\u00e1 integrado por una estructura espec\u00edfica que incluye personas de la oficina central y regionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A finales del 2024, la CEDH inaugur\u00f3 la oficina regional de Guachochi, a cargo de dos mujeres abogadas expertas en derechos humanos, con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, que hablan la lengua rar\u00e1muri.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
