Multi Blancos; Taco Baja; Bimbo; Construmirj; Canaco; Aeropuerto Fierro; Pavimentos y Agregados del Desierto S.A. de C.V.; Hotel Hampton Inn; Lear MTO \u00c1rea centrales; Lear MTO Planta Fuentes; Lear MTO Planta La Cuesta; Lear MTO Planta R\u00edo Bravo; Lear MTO Planta San Lorenzo; Lear MTO Planta Villa Ahumada; Lear MTO Planta Zaragoza; Total Gas; Lear MTO Planta Alamedas en Nuevo Casas Grandes; Lear MTO Planta Paquim\u00e9; tres sucursales de Hotel Los Cedros en Ju\u00e1rez, Delicias y Nuevo Casas Grandes; Sermep; Hotel Casas Grande; Hotel Courtyard by Marriot; Prodavac Comercial; Innovak Global; Integraciones Templer; First Majestic-Mina Cerro Los Gatos y Pavos Parson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la ceremonia de entrega, el presidente interino de la CEDH, Alejandro Carrasco Talavera, felicit\u00f3 a las empresas que lograron obtener el distintivo, por formar parte de este grupo a nivel nacional que se distingue por promover y respetar la cultura de los derechos humanos tanto al interior como al exterior de los centros laborales, ya que \u201cel futuro de los derechos humanos va ligado con las empresas, ya que las compa\u00f1\u00edas mundiales que deseen instalarse en otro pa\u00eds, tendr\u00e1n que acreditar en su pa\u00eds de origen que respetan los derechos humanos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El vicepresidente de Recursos Humanos de Lear en M\u00e9xico y Centroam\u00e9rica, Octavio De la Rosa, agradeci\u00f3 a la CEDH por esta iniciativa y expres\u00f3 que para la compa\u00f1\u00eda que representa es de suma importancia obtener el reconocimiento, ya que con \u00e9l se reflejan los valores de respeto por la dignidad e inclusi\u00f3n tanto al interior como en las comunidades donde se encuentran laborando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual forma, el presidente de la C\u00e1mara Nacional de Comercio, Servicios y Turismo (CANACO), Alejandro Lazzarotto Rodr\u00edguez, dijo que con la recepci\u00f3n de este distintivo se reconoce su compromiso con el respeto y la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos, lo cual no solo refleja la excelencia de las empresas sino su contribuci\u00f3n al desarrollo sostenible y bienestar de su personal y la sociedad, que redunde en la construcci\u00f3n de un Chihuahua m\u00e1s justo y pr\u00f3spero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo del distintivo es que las empresas implementen pol\u00edticas encaminadas a promover los derechos humanos, fortalecer el desarrollo organizacional, apoyar y fomentar la soluci\u00f3n pac\u00edfica de conflictos e incentivar el desarrollo de habilidades socioemocionales en las actividades laborales, generando as\u00ed entornos de trabajo sanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta evaluaci\u00f3n permite a las empresas mejorar su ambiente de trabajo basado en 7 ejes principales: Pol\u00edtica de los derechos humanos, pr\u00e1cticas laborales armoniosas, fortalecimiento organizacional, inclusi\u00f3n, no discriminaci\u00f3n, entorno social y protecci\u00f3n al medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe destacar que Chihuahua es punta de lanza a nivel nacional, ya que se han firmado convenios con 25 organismos p\u00fablicos de derechos humanos para la implementaci\u00f3n de este distintivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la ceremonia estuvieron presentes la titular e integrante de la Unidad del Distintivo, Diana Rodr\u00edguez Hern\u00e1ndez y Luis Ra\u00fal Porras P\u00e9rez; Ada Miriam Aguilera Mercado, Fiscal especializada en investigaci\u00f3n de violaciones de Derechos Humanos y Desaparici\u00f3n Forzada; el representante de la Secretar\u00eda de Innovaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico de gobierno del Estado;
