{"id":6066,"date":"2021-07-08T21:58:03","date_gmt":"2021-07-08T21:58:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cedhchihuahua.org.mx\/wp\/?p=6066"},"modified":"2021-07-08T21:58:06","modified_gmt":"2021-07-08T21:58:06","slug":"firman-convenio-de-colaboracion-cedh-chihuahua-y-presidencia-municipal-de-meoqui","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cedhchihuahua.org.mx\/wp\/2021\/07\/08\/firman-convenio-de-colaboracion-cedh-chihuahua-y-presidencia-municipal-de-meoqui\/","title":{"rendered":"Firman convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n CEDH Chihuahua y Presidencia Municipal de Meoqui"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sumar\u00e1n esfuerzos para fortalecer la perspectiva derecho humanista<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa seguridad p\u00fablica es un derecho humano\u201d, expres\u00f3 el presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de los Derechos Humanos de Chihuahua (CEDH), durante la ceremonia de firma de un Convenio de Colaboraci\u00f3n entre la Presidencia Municipal de Meoqui y el organismo derecho humanista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su participaci\u00f3n, el ombudsperson estatal, N\u00e9stor Armend\u00e1riz Loya, coment\u00f3 que es de vital importancia que el personal de la presidencia municipal que interact\u00faa con la ciudadan\u00eda reciba una constante capacitaci\u00f3n y sensibilizaci\u00f3n en cuanto al respeto de los derechos humanos y la dignidad de las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el documento signado, esta suma de voluntades se basa en tres acciones espec\u00edficas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Capacitar por parte de la CEDH, a las personas servidoras p\u00fablicas de la Presidencia de Meoqui.<\/li><li>Establecer un v\u00ednculo para conciliar o solucionar, con un enfoque restaurativo, los conflictos producto de las quejas que se presenten en la CEDH.<\/li><li>Dar seguimiento de manera pronta, expedita y objetiva a las Recomendaciones que sean emitidas y aceptadas por la Presidencia de Meoqui, con el fin de solventar de la mejor manera posible.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>El Convenio de Colaboraci\u00f3n fue signado por el presidente municipal de Meoqui, Ismael P\u00e9rez Pav\u00eda y el presidente de la CEDH, N\u00e9stor Armend\u00e1riz Loya. Como testigos de honor firmaron el secretario del ayuntamiento, Jos\u00e9 Gabriel Ortega P\u00e9rez y el secretario t\u00e9cnico ejecutivo de CEDH, Jair Jes\u00fas Araiza Galarza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
