sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de los Derechos Humanos de Chihuahua (CEDH) y la Universidad Tecnol\u00f3gica de Camargo (UTCAM) firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n, con el fin de coordinar esfuerzos en materia de capacitaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n, promoci\u00f3n, defensa y protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos y perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la firma del acuerdo, el presidente de CEDH, N\u00e9stor Armend\u00e1riz Loya, agradeci\u00f3 la apertura de la instituci\u00f3n educativa y expres\u00f3 que esta suma de voluntades impactar\u00e1 en dos vertientes: una al mejorar la convivencia dentro del entorno educativo propiciando relaciones armoniosas que tengan en el centro a las personas y su dignidad, y la otra cuando el alumnado permee en su entorno familiar, social y posteriormente en el laboral, la cultura de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su participaci\u00f3n, el rector de la UTCAM, Jos\u00e9 Julio Huerta Herrera, dijo que para la instituci\u00f3n educativa que dirige es muy importante la promoci\u00f3n y el respeto de los derechos humanos, por lo que los cursos y talleres de capacitaci\u00f3n que les ser\u00e1n impartidos por la CEDH al alumnado, personal administrativo y docente, ser\u00e1n fundamentales y de beneficio tanto para ellos como para la rector coment\u00f3 que pr\u00f3ximamente llevar\u00e1n a cabo la veraneada cient\u00edfica, en la que la CEDH pudiera participar nuevamente, con el objetivo de inculcar desde temprana edad a las ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes que participar\u00e1n, la cultura derecho humanista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la firma del convenio estuvieron el jefe de vinculaci\u00f3n de la UTCAM, Carlos Aldana
